Advanced AI tools for your company

If a human repeats it,it can be automated.

From automations to chatbots — if you can describe the task, it can be built. Say the word and I'll tell you exactly how.

Practical systems, not a science project.

AI here means software that quietly does a job for you inside the tools your business already uses — your inbox, your CRM, your spreadsheets, your website. No new platform to learn, no dashboard nobody opens.

I start from the tasks that eat your week, then build the smallest thing that removes them for good. If AI is the wrong tool for a step, that step stays plain code — the goal is hours back, not buzzwords.

Just say the word.

Workflow automations

Quotes, follow-ups, reporting, data entry — the repetitive parts of the day handled without anyone touching a keyboard.

Customer-facing chatbots

Trained on your own material and living on your site, answering real questions instead of guessing.

Internal assistants

Your team asks in plain language and gets answers straight from your documents, sheets and systems.

Lead handling

Every enquiry qualified, routed to the right person and logged — no lead sitting unread in an inbox.

Content engines

Product copy, captions and translations produced at volume in your tone of voice, ready for review.

Integrations

Your site, CRM, mail, spreadsheets and payment tools finally talking to each other in one flow.

My process, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Map the repetition

We go through your week and write down every task that happens more than once. That list is the brief.

  2. 02

    Pick the highest-value target

One workflow, chosen for hours saved and risk removed — not for how impressive the demo looks.

  3. 03

Build and test on real data

It runs on your actual cases until the output is something you would have sent yourself.

  4. 04

    Hand over with monitoring

You get the controls, the logs and a clear fallback for the days something upstream breaks.

Questions, answered.

No. Everything is handed over with a simple interface and a written walkthrough. If a person can use email, they can use what I build.

A focused automation or chatbot is typically 1–3 weeks. Larger systems are scoped in stages so you see value before the whole thing is finished. You get a fixed price before anything starts.

In your own accounts wherever possible, with access scoped to the specific task. Nothing gets used to train public models, and sensitive fields can be kept out of the AI layer entirely.

Anything customer-facing gets guardrails, and anything high-stakes keeps a human approval step. Every run is logged so a mistake can be traced and corrected, not guessed at.

Tell me the task you're tired of. I'll tell you if it can go away.
